As with other reputable association and as required by the laws of Kenya, AZAKE is a dully registered association with the Registrar of Societies in Kenya under Section 10 of the Societies Act Cap 108 of the Laws of Kenya.
This registration was done on 20th August 2010. On an ongoing basis and as required by the registration, AZAKE provides annual returns to the Registrar.
